4. Client Responsibilities & Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, CTIA guidelines, CAN-SPAM, and data protection laws

Ensuring that all messaging content is accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive

Maintaining and honoring opt-out requests promptly

Nebru Solutions acts as a technology provider and data processor, not the sender of record for end-customer communications.


5. Messaging & A2P (Application-to-Person) Communications

By using our messaging features, you agree that:

Messages sent may include review requests, appointment reminders, confirmations, customer service notifications, and transactional communications

Message frequency may vary based on customer interaction

Message and data rates may apply

All messages must clearly identify your business

Opt-Out Requirements

End users must be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages

You must not attempt to override or ignore opt-out requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging services for violations of carrier rules or these Terms.


6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Send spam, unsolicited, or deceptive messages

Engage in phishing, fraud, or misleading practices

Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Sell, rent, or distribute personal data without lawful consent

Violate carrier policies or messaging regulations


7. Fees & Payments

Fees for Services are outlined in your subscription plan or service agreement. You agree to:

Pay all applicable fees on time

Authorize recurring charges where applicable

Be responsible for taxes, fees, or carrier surcharges unless otherwise stated

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.


8. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. By using our Services, you grant Nebru Solutions a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

9. Intellectual Property
